The Family Loan Risk Assessment Tool is a web application I developed for Diversify Finance. It is a dynamic questionnaire that captures and evaluated the users’ financial circumstance to generate a personalised section of financial and legal information with direction to further support services. I build the application on WordPress using the Formidable Forms plugin as a foundation to the form interface and extended its functionality beyond the limits of plugin using advanced JavaScript. I also used PHP, HTML, CSS, and plugin specific Shortcodes to satisfy the brief requirements.
